Very prompt response to my query followed quickly by a site visit. Results of the visit were emailed promptly. An excellent customer service, putting customer first.

I have one word to describe Frantic.... "Excellence".
My internet was down and the support team immediately investigated. The culprit was a cut fibre/communications line.
After one day, no internet again. The fibre line was cut again.
In both case the culprit was unknown but nevertheless the Frantic team responded in a timely manner and restored the service to my satisfaction. I am happy with their service and their response times to my requests...

They did a good job with the installation. Just note this is a prepaid service. They didnt tell me that at first at sign up. Also call the number on this listing for service. The one they provide goes to a voicemail that no one answers.

We're glad to find Frantic Link as our service provider. Very fast internet speed, and VoIP phone service just works as good as the traditional landline but more features. The cost is less than any other providers. Great customer service.
